Oysters have a way of slowing things down. People gather around ice, ask questions, share stories, and linger a little longer than they planned to. That moment—standing shoulder to shoulder, enjoying something fresh and uncomplicated—is what this business is built around.
The Curious Oyster is a mobile oyster bar serving pop-ups, private events, weddings, and markets throughout Central Florida. Sometimes that looks like a polished cocktail hour at a wedding. Sometimes it’s a busy farmers market with people trying their first oyster ever. Both matter equally.
